Frequently Asked Questions
Are You a Training, Consulting, or Agency Firm?
Our flexible working model means that we can train you to implement solutions on your own, work with you as consultants providing advisory support, or manage the process completely.
What Kind of Businesses do You Normally Work With?
We typically help small to medium businesses seeking to either start, scale, or strengthen their business, and willing to do what it takes. Our past clients include those from the professional services, software development, real estate development, non-profit, health and hospitality sectors.
What do You Do, specifically?
We facilitate smart and high-impact business development. Our process for business development follows these steps:
- STEP 1 – 45 minutes Strategy Meeting to assess need, define requirements and agree on the strategy
- STEP 2 – Deployment of a tailored Intervention that combines human expertise, easy-to-use tools, and a structured how-to methodology that leads to real, measurable, and massive business results, and
- STEP 3 – Transitioning which involves collating and analysing data to learn from the outcomes of the intervention, handing over the business enhancements to an in-house employee or team, linking to the business to our Outvie360 Nation, where they can network, get and give help to other businesses.
What Do I Typically Expect to Gain as a Client?
Depending on what your requirements are, you can be sure to gain
- Training, and/or advisory and/or hands-on support
- Short term-capability enhancement in terms of your insights, people, process, or systems
- Long-term performance implications to productivity (efficiency and effectiveness improvements), customer development (traffic, conversion, and retention), and/or financial benefits (liquidity, profitability, etc.)
How Much am I likely to Invest in a Project with You?
Our Solutions are reasonably priced, especially in comparison to doing this yourself or hiring some big-name-low-value consultants. The specific cost will, however, depend on the requirement as mapped out in the clarity meeting.
