Situation Overview

The client was the MD of a medium-sized professional services firm that had been around for over a decade. The client was facing several constraints to its operational maturity enhancement as reflected in its unsatisfactory team productivity and process inefficiency.

Situation Overview

The client was the CEO of a new fin-tech company firm. Having developed and launched a very promising app in the first year, the client was struggling to scale due to minimal marketing and sales experience in the start-up team.

The goal was to improve the marketing funnel, and ultimately, impact on traction and revenue by facilitating

  • Developing the strategy to leverage the growth potential
